What is the time limit for modification and free cancellation of orders?
The limit is 24 hours before transfer time. You can contact us to modify the order information or cancel the order for free.
Where to meet the driver?
Your driver will contact you in advance to confirm where to meet and how to get there.
When will the driver contact me?
We will assign a driver the night before the car is used (local time where the car is used), and then your driver will send you a message, please pay attention to check your text messages or WhatsApp.
